Take the 5Essentials Parent Survey Today

It's that time of year again when teachers, students, and parents are asked to fill out the 5Essentials Survey. With this survey, our schools gain invaluable information on what they're doing right and, more importantly, where they can improve, from the specific points of view of our students, teachers, and parents.

Principals and administration receive reports with this wealth of information *only* if a minimum of 20% of each group completes the survey. No reports were generated for our schools from the 2017-2018 parents survey as none of our schools reached 20% parent participation in completing the survey. Brookwood Junior High School and Hickory Bend came just short with 17% participation. Brookwood Middle School and Longwood Elementary only had 3% participation each.

We can do better, Parents! Our voices and input are invaluable to the education of our children. If we don't speak up, if we don't participate, how can complain if we feel our schools are falling short in any areas of our concern? It takes about 10 minutes to complete this 20 question survey. Let's aim for 100% parent participation this year!!! Let your voices be heard :)
